14 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sex is not limited, 14 ~ 70 years old; 2.preoperative diagnosis of acute appendicitis should be considered; 3. Patients have improved routine laboratory examination and imaging examination; 4. The patient's general condition is acceptable, and there is no absolute contraindication for cardiopulmonary function; 5. Voluntary participation in the research and informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 70 years old, 2. Pregnant and lactating women 3. The diagnosis of other acute abdomen cannot be ruled out; 4.To evaluate the patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction who can't tolerate surgery; 5. Patients in foreign countries, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan Province or other regions are estimated to have deviations from conventional treatment schemes.
