Interventions

Control:Dexmedetomidine and ulinastatin were not used and the patient remained in a supine position
L-P:Dexmedetomidine and ulinastatin were not used and a healthy lateral position was maintained
DEX-UTI:Use dexmedetomidine and ulinastatin and remain in a supine position
DU-LP:Use dextrome and ulinastatin and maintain a healthy lateral position

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 2022.04-2023.04 patients with thoracoscopic pulmonary lobectomy; (2) Preoperative ASA score of grade I-III; (3) Grade I-II cardiac function; (4) Patient's informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Mental illness or poor compliance, unable to complete the experiment; (2) Acute lung infection in the last 4 weeks; (3) History of intrathoracic surgery, pneumothorax, bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, fibrosis, etc.; (4) Poor single lung ventilation, blood oxygen saturation less than 87% for more than 10 minutes; (5) Use of hormone drugs before surgery (within 6 months); (6) Pleural effusion existed before surgery; (7) The operation time is less than 1 hour or more than 4 hours; (8) Fatal complications such as massive bleeding and anaphylactic shock occurred during/after the operation; (9) conversion to thoracotomy; (10) ulinastatin and dexmedetomidine allergy; (11) Patients with severe conduction block; (12) Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency.
