6 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)ASA: Grades II-III; (2)Age 6-65 years old; Patients undergoing elective cardiac occlusion surgery; (3)No sleep disorders or neurological diseases, history of mental disorders; (4)No medication affecting sleep, melatonin and cortisol rhythms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients who use sedatives during the perioperative period; (2)Patients who experience serious complications during surgery such as myocardial perforation, cardiac tamponade, etc.; (3)Patients who experience major bleeding, require conversion to open chest surgery, CPB surgery, or experience surgical failure; (4)Patients who develop severe delirium or cognitive dysfunction after surgery; (5)Patients who die or develop serious cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases during follow-up and cannot cooperate; (6)Patients who are lost to follow-up.
