Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with unresectable locally advanced and metastatic rectal cancer who are clinically appropriate for cetuximab or bevacizumab combined with mFOLFOXIRI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unresectable locally advanced and metastatic rectal cancer who are not clinically appropriate for cetuximab or bevacizumab combined with mFOLFOXIRI. 2.Other conditions that the investigator considers inappropriate for inclusion.
