Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke diagnosis, confirmed by computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging, and the affected site is cortical or subcortical injury; (2) No previous history of stroke, first onset at the time of inclusion; (3) Disease course: 3-6 months, 3-6 months of onset is the most common in our department; (4) The age is >18 years old; (5) can understand verbal instructions; (6) stable vital signs; (7) Have the ability to walk under supervision or independently, and can walk more than 20 meters under supervision or independently; (8) Functional Walking Classification (FAC) is at least V., that is, walking under supervision or verbal prompts.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with brainstem or cerebellar injury, that is, those with balance and coordination dysfunction; (2) Patients with functional walking classification (FAC) lower than III; (3) have other neurological and orthopedic diseases that may affect athletic performance; (4) Cognitive impairment and inability to understand simple instructions; (5) The drugs taken may have an effect on motor function.
