18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 80 years 2.Acute cerebral infarction with large vessel occlusion, whether or not treated with reperfusion (standard intravenous thrombolysis, or direct thrombectomy, or bridging therapy) . All patients were in accordance with the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018. Or they were in accordance with the Chinese guidelines for endovascular treatment of acute ischemic stroke 2018, and received mechanical thrombectomy to open the responsible artery. Or mechanical thrombectomy via venous thrombolysis bridging was performed 3.The patient or legal guardian signs the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with shock, severe heart failure, severe ventricular arrhythmias or other unstable vital signs 2.CT/MRI has one of the following: brain contusion, epidural/subdural hematoma, subarachnoid hemorrhage, tumor, infection/inflammation, hydrocephalus 3.History of hospitalization for head trauma surgery 4.Previous history of epilepsy/family history, or use of AEDs 5.Prior stroke, MRS =2 before onset
