Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Conforming to the diagnostic criteria for hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke in Diagnostic criteria of cerebrovascular diseases in China (version 2019); Adult (18-80 years old) patients diagnosed as recovering from their first stroke by computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination (with a course of 2 weeks to 3 months); 2.Dysphagia was confirmed by videofluoroscopic assessment of swallowing (VFSS) 3.The patient has clear awareness and stable vital signs; 4.The patient agrees to participate in the study and signs an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral hemorrhage, unabsorbed hematoma, progressive stroke, recurrent stroke; 2. People with a history of Seizure; 3. Previous history of oropharyngeal diseases or surgeries (such as surgery or radiotherapy); 4. Patients who underwent tracheotomy or intubation during evaluation; 5. Previous neurological Degenerative disease that may affect swallowing: such as Alzheimer's disease, other cognitive dysfunction, Parkinson's disease or multiple system atrophy; 6. Past chronic respiratory diseases: such as Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, etc; 7. Those with severe diseases of important organs such as the heart, liver, lungs, and kidneys; 8. Patients with mental disorders or severe cognitive impairment who do not cooperate with examination and treatment.
