18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thyroid surgery or gynecological laparoscopic surgery; 2. Apfel score = 3; 3. The duration of anesthesia was more than 2 hours; 4. ASA grade I-II; 5. Aged 18-65 years; 6. Patients voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous allergy to antiemetic drugs; 2. Arrhythmia, gastrointestinal diseases, diabetes mellitus, obesity (BMI=35 kg/m2); 3. Pregnant, lactating patients or planned pregnancy within one month; 4. Patients treated with antiemetics, systemic steroids and opioids before surgeryand less than5 half-lives, or any other drugs known to cause vomiting; 5. Chronic pain diseases.
