Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The present study was based on the scale scores as access and exclusion criteria: firstly, the first test group were all college students aged 18 years old or above who were enrolled in college for the scale measurements; secondly, the criteria for inclusion in the experimental group were that the scale response was a low level of mental health with severe psychological problems, a low level of mental health with moderate psychological problems, and the criteria for inclusion in the control group were that they had a high level of mental health with no psychological problems.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Had not signed the informed consent form.
