Age
18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age = 18 years, invasive respiratory ventilation over 24 to 48 hours, P>40 bpm, or P<120 bpm; systolic blood pressure (SBP) = 90 or =180 mmHg, or/and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) = 110 mmHg, mean arterial pressure (MBP) =65 mmHg or =110 mmHg; respiratory rate= 35 breaths per minute; Oxygen saturation = 90%, mechanical ventilation inspired oxygen concentration (FIO2) = 60%, positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) = 10cmH2O; In the extended life support phase, low-dose vasoactive agents support, dopamine= 10 µg/kg/min or norepinephrine/epinephrine =0.1 µg/kg/min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: newly started vasopressors, or increasing the dose of vasopressors.
