Preoperative anxiety and postoperative pain

Interventions

group C:No musical intervention before entering the operating room.

group M:Before entering the operating room, wear a noise-canceling headset to play the children's usual favorite music (5 pieces of music with a time of about 4min each) for 20min.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ASA I~II; 2. 6 <= Age<= 12 years; 3. Children undergoing elective tonsillectomy and/or adenoidectom.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous surgical or anesthetic history; 2. Upper respiratory infections, asthma, and developmental delays at present; 3. Congenital or neurological diseases; 4. The family of the child refused to sign the informed consent; 5. Have a hearing impairment.
