Interventions

Intervention group:Continuous, real-time, personalized healthcare provided by a multidisciplinary team consisting of doctors, nurses, health educators, and nutritionists through interventions based on
(2) prompt alerts provided by the application when uric acid levels are elevated, helping patients regulate uric acid levels
(3) care and support team members analyzing possible reasons for uric acid abnormalities
(4) guiding patients to adjust their diet or exercise through intelligent programs and network platforms
(5) recording daily diet and exercise and obtaining feedback from service teams
(6) the team regularly updating education knowledge for patients with hyperuricemia and gout-related diseases.
Control group:The standard medical care for gout patients involves the patients in the group undergoing blood and urine uric acid, blood glucose, liver and kidney function tests every three months. Ba

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the definition of acute attack of gout in the 2015 American College of Rheumatology/The European League Against Rheumatism, and at least one acute attack was reported in the 12 months prior to the start of the trial; 2. Adult males between the ages of 18 and 75 with the ability to use smartphones; 3. Patients who are not hospitalized (outpatient status); 4. Researchers believe that they have good motivation, ability and willingness to: 5. Aintain the research log as required by this research protocol. Sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of previous allergy to allopurinol, febuxostat, benzbromarone; 2. Patients with secondary hyperuricemia; 3. Patients with peptic ulcer; 4. Patients with severe blood diseases; 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease (recent malignant cardiovascular events and severe heart failure); 6. Patients enrolled in another clinical study or clinical trial confirmed to be enrolled; 7. Patients judged by the attending investigator to be ineligible for enrollment.
