Age
20 Years to 38 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese women aged < 38years; 2. Diagnosed as a patient with diminished ovarian reserve according to the 2011 Bologna criteria; 3. Those who receive Assisted Reproduction Treatment at our center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. One or both spouses have chromosomal abnormalities; 2. The woman has a clear family history of hereditary premature ovarian failure or hereditary factors;Existence of uterine abnormalities such as uterine malformations (single horn uterus, mediastinal uterus, double uterus, double horn uterus), uterine fibroids, submucosal fibroids, or uterine adhesions; 3. Contraindications for assisted pregnancy treatment or application of growth hormone: liver diseases or liver function abnormalities (abnormal serum liver enzyme indicators) with unclear etiology; Kidney disease or abnormal renal function; Severe anemia; Diagnosed heart disease; History of malignant tumors such as cervical cancer, endometrial cancer or breast cancer; Poor blood sugar control; Thyroid dysfunction; 4. Having serious internal and external complications.
