Age
40 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40-79 years, male; 2. Serum total testosterone = 8 nmol/L, or serum total testosterone between 8 and 11 nmol/L and serum free testosterone = 220 pmol/L; 3. Answer "yes" to question 1 or question 7 or any 3 other questions on the Androgen Deficiency in Aging Male Questionnaire (ADAM); 4. Those who voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hypogonadism, primary hypogonadism, hyper- or hypothyroidism caused by pituitary tumors, Cushing's syndrome, acromegaly, etc; 2. Severe chronic heart failure, abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Severe lower urinary tract symptoms (International Prostate Symptom Score >19) due to prostate tumor, male breast cancer, prostate enlargement, erythrocytosis; 4. Participation in other clinical trials or use of phosphodiesterase inhibitors or other drugs to improve erectile function within 3 months; 5. History of psychiatric disorders, drug or alcohol abuse.
