Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. IPF remission stage lung deficiency and collateral stasis syndrome group (1) It meets the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for pulmonary deficiency and collateral stasis syndrome in remission stage; (3) Age = 18 years old; (4) Volunteer to be the subject and sign an informed consent form. 2. Acute stage of IPF with lung heat and collateral stasis syndrome (1) It meets the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for acute lung heat and collateral stasis syndrome; (3) Age = 18 years old; (4) Volunteer to be the subject and sign an informed consent form. 3. Healthy control group (1) Patients with non idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis; (2) Age = 18 years old; (3) Volunteer to be the subject and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other respiratory disease that can cause cough, asthma and dyspnea, such as bronchiectasis, cor pulmonale, asthma, COPD, etc; 2. Pregnant or lactating patients; 3. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic systems, as well as mental illnesses.
