18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke diagnosis, confirmed by computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging; (2) No previous history of stroke, first onset at the time of inclusion; (3) The course of the disease > 3 months; (4) The age is >18; (5) can understand verbal instructions; (6) stable vital signs; (7) Have independent walking ability, can walk more than 20 meters independently; (8) Functional walking classification (FAC) is IV.; (9) The subject voluntarily participates in the experiment and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with brainstem or cerebellar injury; (2) Patients with functional walking classification (FAC) lower than III; (3) have other neurological and orthopedic diseases that may affect athletic performance; (4) Cognitive impairment and inability to understand simple instructions; (5) The drugs taken may have an effect on motor function.
