Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hypertensive Disorders in Pregnancy (2020), and have well-controlled blood pressure (systolic <150mmHg and/or diastolic <100mmHg); 2. Single pregnancy, age 18-35 years, gestational age 28-32 weeks; 3. Normal BMI (18.5-23.9Kg/m2) 4. Have full cognitive and behavioral abilities, good communication skills; 5. Informed consent, voluntary participation in the investigation; Use smart phone proficiently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, liver, lung, kidney damage; 2. Chronic hypertension with pregnancy; 3. Severe preeclampsia; Have dyskinesia; 4. Has been treated with oral antihypertensive drugs; 5. Suffers from mental, cognitive or psychological illness; 6. Pregnant women suffering from acute complications of pregnancy; 7. She has gestational diabetes mellitus, diabetes combined with pregnancy, placenta previa after 26 weeks of gestation, cervical insufficiency, persistent vaginal bleeding in the second and third trimester, and multiple pregnancies.
