Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =20 years; ? at least 1 episode of stress urinary incontinence in the last month; ? 14-27 weeks of gestation; ? Possession of a smartphone with Internet access; and ? Voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Women with other types of urinary incontinence, such as urge urinary incontinence, mixed urinary incontinence, etc.; ? History of previous pelvic surgery, pelvic organ prolapses, etc.; ? Women with pregnancy-related complications, such as hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, preeclampsia, etc.; ? Previous history of psychiatric and psychological disorders. ? Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.
