Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)The investigator judged that the subjects met the surgical indications for primary total joint arthroplasty (hip/knee) surgery. (2)Subjects underwent unilateral primary total joint arthroplasty (hip/knee) at our center. (3)Age between 18 and 80 years old (inclusive).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients complicated with malignant tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other serious diseases; (2) Abnormal coagulation function, thrombocytopenia and concurrent infection; (3) Patients who quit the experiment halfway.
