Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with cervical cancer and underwent radiation therapy (2) Doctor's recommendation for home vaginal douching (3) >18 years old (4) Clear consciousness and able to converse

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Has passed away (2) Unable to take care of himself/herself, bedridden (3) Other conditions diagnosed by a doctor as unsuitable for vaginal douching (4) Abnormal cognitive or mental status
