Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (a) =18 years of age. (b) The subject's plasma for that period may be obtained. (c) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent. (d) meet one of the following criteria: ? Patients diagnosed with invasive colorectal cancer for the first time or with colorectal carcinoma in situ for the first time. ? The pathological diagnosis was colorectal polyp.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (a) is pregnant or breastfeeding; . (b) The patient had another type of malignancy with a definite pathological diagnosis within 5 years prior to enrollment. (c) The presence of other malignant tumors suspected by imaging (B-ultrasound, CT, etc.) within the last 1 year of enrollment. (d) have received any blood product input therapy in the last 30 days. (e) Vulnerable groups, including persons with mental illness, persons with cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, illiterates, etc.
