50 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with knee osteoarthritis diagnosed by doctors and undergoing unilateral total knee arthroplasty for the first time; 2. Accept ERAS management measures; 3. VAS score =4 points on 2 days before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients requiring surgery due to any secondary osteoarthritis of the affected side knee and other knee diseases; 2. Patients with brain, chest and abdomen internal organ injury and major trauma; 3. Patients with related diseases such as heart failure, liver and kidney insufficiency that can cause limb/local swelling before admission; 4. Patients with a long-term history of oral or intramuscular corticosteroids; 5. Other researchers consider it inappropriate to participate in this study.
