Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: (1) Age 1-36 months (2) Diagnosis of atopic dermatitis (Williams criteria) (3) The disease scale was moderate to severe (SCORAD score =25 points) (4) Obtain the informed consent of the guardian. Control group: (1) Age 1-36 months (2) The physical examination result is healthy (3) Obtain the informed consent of the guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case group:Individuals who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded from this trial: (1) gastrointestinal symptoms or diseases (2) Received systemic or local antibiotics, antifungal drugs, systemic steroid hormones, systemic immunosuppressants, probiotic preparations (including probiotic powder, yogurt and drinks), prebiotic preparations, laxatives, antidiarrheal drugs, etc., within 4 weeks (3) combined with other skin diseases (4) Shower within 12 hours before seeing a doctor (5) Currently participating in other project research. Control group:Individuals who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded from this trial: (1) gastrointestinal symptoms or diseases (2) Received systemic or local antibiotics, antifungal drugs, systemic steroid hormones, systemic immunosuppressants, probiotic preparations (including probiotic powder, yogurt and drinks), prebiotic preparations, laxatives, antidiarrheal drugs, etc., within 4 weeks (3) suffering from atopic dermatitis and other skin diseases (4) Shower within 12 hours before physical examination (5) Currently participating in other project research.
