Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The pediatric orthopedic doctor of Yangzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital suspects that the child may have a clavicle fracture and will perform an X-ray examination of the clavicle, or the parents of the injured child carry an X-ray that can show the whole picture of the affected clavicle after the injury; (2) Children aged between 7 months and 48 months; (3) Those with a clear history of trauma, who refuse to move or reduce their upper limbs after injury; (4) Except for temporary suspension of the affected limb, no other treatment, no medication Analgesic drugs; (5) The guardian who accompanied the child to see the doctor agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent of the subjects who accepted this experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The time of injury is more than 72 hours; (2) Multiple injuries, compound injuries, injuries to multiple anatomical parts; (3) Open injuries; (4) High-energy injuries such as traffic accidents or falls from heights above 3 meters; (5) ) The child is accompanied by other diseases that may affect the results of the physical examination, such as acute upper respiratory infection, osteogenesis imperfecta, etc.; (6) The child weighs more than 20kg; (7) The person accompanying the child is not the guardian.
