BTA group:Botulinum toxin A was microinjected from the scar lesion and the underlying muscle layer
TAC group:Injecting triamcinolone acetonide into scar lesions
CO2 laser group:CO2 lattice laser irradiation on scars

Age
8 Years to 63 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)fit HS diagnostic criteria;(2)located in active places with tension;(3)have not accpeted any treatment;(4) No history of muscle weakness and botulinum toxin allergy ,(5)willing to accept treatment with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) atrophic scarring;(2)pregnant and lactating women ;(3)those with co-morbid underlying conditions.
