18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Meets the diagnostic criteria of chronic low back pain, ?Meets the diagnostic criteria of kidney deficiency type, blood stasis type and cold dampness type; ?Age 18-60 years old, ?The Body Mass Index (BMI) is within the standard ±10% range, ?Low back pain exists duration/discontinuity =3 months , ?The VAS score is 3-7.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Significant deformity of the spine (spinal fracture, spondylolysis, severe scoliosis, etc.), ?Spinal tumors, significant neurological signs (such as sensory or motor dysfunction), or a history of spinal surgery, ?Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, menstruating, and have chronic dysmenorrhea.
