Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who underwent surgery for small pulmonary nodules at the Department of Thoracic Surgery, Beijing China-Japan Friendship Hospital (2) Age =18 years (3) Small pulmonary nodules =2 cm in diameter, purely ground glass/mixed/solid nodules (4) Permanent residents, with long-term follow-up (5) Signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Refusal to sign the informed consent form (2) Impaired heart, lung, liver or kidney function (3) Contraindications to surgery, such as intolerance to anesthesia, distant metastases, bleeding tendency, etc. (4) Combination of severe emphysema, tuberculosis, pneumothorax, pleural effusion (5) Patients with other conditions that make interventional surgery inappropriate, such as pregnancy, lactation, long-term use of immunosuppressive drugs, severe infection
