Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.BMI=28 kg/m2 and waist circumference =90cm for men and =85cm for women. 2.The age ranged from 18 to 60 years. 3.Clinical symptoms: Although accompanied by abnormal blood pressure, dyslipidemia, abnormal blood uric acid, metabolic syndrome, respiratory sleep, constipation and other diseases, but no obvious risk after clinical evaluation. 4.The body does not contain metal dentures that cannot be removed, cardiac pacemakers, artificial joints, insulin pumps and other implants or other metal substances, and there are no claustrophobic patients. 5.Informed consent was obtained from the patients themselves and their family members, who volunteered to participate in clinical trial research, with good compliance, and signed informed consent form voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria ,have poor compliance and do not sign the informed consent form for voluntary participation in the study. 2.Patients with severe heart, brain, liver and kidney dysfunction, uremic coma, ketoacidosis, hypoglycemia, anemia, malnutrition, hematopoietic system and body immune system diseases, infectious diseases, nervous system diseases, etc. 3.Women during menstruation, minors, pregnant women, the elderly over 60 years old and other special populations.
