Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria (all of the following conditions must be met): ? Conforming to the diagnostic and classification criteria for cerebral palsy, with a GMFCS rating of II - III, and a modified Ashworth spasticity grading scale rating of I - III. ? Age 3-10 years old, able to understand instructions and cooperate in completing training. ? Able to walk for 6 minutes with or without auxiliary equipment. ? Those who have not undergone surgical correction surgery or botulinum toxin injection treatment in the past 6 months. ? The family members have informed consent and voluntarily sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (meeting any of the following conditions): ? Complications with important organs such as heart, liver, and kidney. ? It is accompanied by severe epilepsy, genetic metabolic disease and severe Skeleton disease. ? Concomitant severe coagulation dysfunction and thrombotic disease. ? Concomitant severe unhealed skin lesions of the lower limbs. ? Combined with acute or progressive Nervous system disease. ? The researchers believe that there are other factors that are not suitable for children to participate in this study.
