Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients are diagnosed as ischemic necrosis of femoral head, hip osteoarthritis or femoral neck fracture and confirmed by imaging methods; 2) all patients received THA for the first time; 3) only unilateral THA cases were included; 4) patients with BMI = 35 kg/m2; 5) Patients who have the ability to complete the planned 12-month follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with BMI>35 kg/m2; 2) patients who had received THA before; 3) patients with inflammatory hip diseases or acetabular dysplasia; 4) patients with severe osteoporotic acetabular fractures requiring cemented prosthesis; 5) patients with general contraindications such as severe cardiovascular, liver or renal diseases.
