Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Aged 18 to 80 years old; ?Conform to the diagnostic criteria of hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke in the "Key Points for Diagnosis of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019", and have been diagnosed with cerebral infarction by computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) stroke patients; ? No severe cognitive impairment or speech impairment, stable vital signs, and can cooperate to complete relevant examinations; ? Diagnosed as OSA by polysomnography (PSG); ? Sign the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with structural abnormalities in the face, oropharynx, and neck; ?Patients with advanced stroke and unstable condition; ?Those with serious heart, liver, kidney, lung and other medical diseases; ?Patients with severe sleep disorders or continuous positive pressure ventilation in the past; ? Patients with other neurological diseases such as intracranial space occupation and infection in the past; ? People with severe cognitive impairment; ? Long-term use of sleeping pills or other psychotropic drugs.
