Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patients with epilepsy of occipital lobe origin suggested by clinical symptomatology and scalp electroencephalogram; 2. no history of encephalitis and epilepsy surgery, no other lesions that may cause epilepsy; c. SEEG is required to further identify the epileptogenic zone by preoperative evaluation; d. no history of mental illness; e. signed informed consent from the patient or guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. stereotactic electrodes failed to implant into a predetermined target; b. no clinical seizures or showed seizures in SEEG monitoring that did not start in the occipital lobe.
