Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II children aged 2-16 years undergoing elective general surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients aged 16 years ? There are brain diseases (epilepsy history, autism, cognitive dysfunction), autonomic nervous system diseases, liver and kidney diseases, endocrine diseases, and arrhythmia ? Preoperative history of chronic pain ? Recent (last two weeks) history of acute upper respiratory tract infection ? Take anticholinergic drugs, vasoactive drugs, and esketamine before and during the study
