18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18-70 years old, gender unlimited; ASA Grade I - III; Obtain informed consent from patients and their families.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with inflammatory diseases; Patients who have received surgical treatment within the last 30 days; Pregnant women; Patients with kidney disease; Long-term use of psychotropic drugs such as sedatives or antidepressants; Language comprehension difficulties, mental illness, inability to go to the hospital for follow-up visits, etc. Have taken another investigational drug or participated in another clinical trial in the 3 months prior to study enrollment; Preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy; Other conditions considered inappropriate to include in this study.
