Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? As of April 1, 2022, patients who have undergone hip surgical dislocation approach for the removal of femoral head necrosis lesions, core decompression, bone grafting, and tantalum rod implantation in our department for at least two years after surgery; ? According to the International Osteonecrosis Staging (II-III) of the World Society for the Study of Bone Circulation (ARCO); ? The imaging data showed that the shape of the femoral head was roughly present, and there was no obvious hip Articular bone osteoarthritis (Tonnis grade 0, 1).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The patient has developmental dysplasia of the hip joint; ? Obvious hip Articular bone osteoarthritis; ? Previous history of hip joint injury and surgery; ? Other diseases of the hip joint exist, such as hip tumor, Rheumatoid arthritis, suppurative hip arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis, etc
