40 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the diagnostic criteria of Parkinson's disease in China (2016 edition); (2) aged between 40 and 80 years old; (3) Mini-Mental State Examination score greater than 21; (4) There was no change in drug therapy during the four weeks before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of drug addiction, brain injury, or mental illness; (2) inability to complete MRI scan due to significant tremor symptoms or metal implants in the body; (3) Patients could not complete the relevant cognitive and MRI examinations after 12 hours of drug withdrawal, or take drugs that affect cognitive function such as antane.
