Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically confirmed breast cancer 2. Aged between 20 and 80 years old 3. Carlisle score >60 4. Subjects need to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with recurrence or metastasis confirmed by imaging or histology 2. Patients with mental disorders 3. Patients with hyperthyroidism, diabetes and hypertension who are not well controlled 4. Patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs
