Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age:Over 18 years old,Less than 30 years old. 2. Current students: including undergraduate students, master's students and doctoral students 3. Recent problems with insomnia disorders: difficulty falling asleep, waking up early, unable to maintain long-term sleep and other problems. 4.The total score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale is greater than 8 (PSQI>8) 5. No daytime sleepiness: Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) total score <16

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women 2. You have an environment that disrupts sleep 3. Abuse of alcohol or other substances 4. Use hypnotics, sedatives, or antidepressants 5. Primary sleep disorders
