18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: age = 18 years old 2: clinical diagnosed as IPAF according to 2015 diagnostic criteria 3: the ANCA was positive without any systematic involvement 4: patient's consent was acquired.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: With known factors attributed to ILD, such as allergy and drugs 2: Patients together with disease such as malignant tumor whose lifespan expectancy is shorter than 1 year 3: Patient's consent was not able to acquire.
