Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for gastrointestinal tumors 2: Age= 65 years 3: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade II~III 4: MMSE= 24 points 5: Patients and their families voluntarily participate and sign informed consent forms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of neurological disorders, family history of psychiatric disorders, and language and cognitive dysfunction cannot be used to complete cognitive tests
