Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Combined with the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease and the 2016 European EASL-EASD-EASO Clinical Practice Guidelines for the management of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Criteria for inclusion of NAFLD patients: ? Age: > 18 years. Histopathologically or radiographically demonstrated hepatic fat accumulation, including non-alcoholic fatty liver (NAFL) and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), and related cirrhosis. No history of excessive alcohol use. (3) Pathological nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in liver biopsy: bulla or bulla-dominated fat changes involve more than 5% of liver cells and can be accompanied by mild nonspecific inflammation. Nonalcoholic hepatic steatosis (NAFL) : An early form of NAFLD, defined as significant hepatic steatosis involving =5% of liver cells, but without evidence of hepatocyte damage and liver fibrosis. Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) : more than 5% hepatocyte steatosis combined with intrlobular inflammation and hepatocyte ballooning degeneration. Early NASH was characterized by no liver fibrosis or only mild fibrosis (F0-1). Fibrosis NASH is characterized by significant hepatic fibrosis or septal fibrosis (F2-3). Nafld-related cirrhosis: Cirrhosis combined with cirrhosis (F4) is NASH cirrhosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Alcohol consumption or history of excessive alcohol consumption [Weekly consumption of ethanol (alcohol) in the past 12 months for men <210g, for women <140g]. ? Ethylamiodarone, methotrexate, tamoxifen, glucocorticoids and other drugs were used. ? The diseases can lead to fatty liver illness, such as genotype 3 hepatitis C virus infection, hepatolenticular degeneration, autoimmune hepatitis, total parenteral Nutrition, hypoß-lipoproteinemia, congenital lipid atrophy, celiac disease and other specific diseases. ? Patients with other viral hepatitis, tumors or other serious systemic diseases.
