Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: The diagnosis was confirmed by computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) according to the criteria of Chinese Society of Neurology. 2: Patients and their families with informed consent 3: He had no previous history of depression, dementia, cognitive impairment, or other mental and behavioral disorders, and he was not currently taking antidepressants. 4: Patients who were taking clopidogrel or aspirin for the first time, or had taken clopidogrel or aspirin before but stopped for at least 1 week, and had no allergy to clopidogrel or aspirin; Had not taken other anti-platelet aggregation drugs or anticoagulant drugs in the past week; 5: There was no serious damage of heart, liver and kidney function, or complicated with bleeding, tumor, immune system, respiratory system and other diseases, and no recent major surgery or serious trauma. 6: Platelet count greater than 100×109 / L and less than 500×109 / L 7: Patients older than 18 years and younger than 85 years with NIHSS score less than or equal to 25 8: The patients were willing to participate in the study, take the drugs as required, and have regular outpatient follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Severe liver and kidney damage or combined with bleeding, tumor and other diseases 2: Patients with non-acute ischemic stroke and those not taking antiplatelet drugs during hospitalization.
