Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Inclusion criteria: (1) postmenopausal hypertensive women aged 55-65 years; (2) 140 mm Hg = SBP < 160 mm Hg) and/or 90 mm Hg < DBP < 99 mm Hg (2016 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Control of High Blood Pressure); (3) patients with no comorbidities of other metabolic diseases and cardiovascular diseases (e.g., diabetes mellitus, coronary artery disease, etc.); (4) no habit of exercise ( no more than 6000 steps per day); (5) alcohol and smoking are prohibited; (6) voluntary participation in this study. b. Enrollment criteria for the blank control group: (1) postmenopausal women aged 55-65 years old; (2) SBP = 140mm Hg, DBP < 90mm Hg; (3) good physical condition; (4) no alcohol and smoking; (5) risk classification of having cardiovascular disease as no risk; (6) voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Exclusion Criteria: (1) pre-menopausal, not belonging to the above conditions; (2) blood pressure not exceeding the above range; (3) refractory hypertension and secondary hypertension: (4) metabolic and cardiovascular diseases; (5) inability to do exercise due to their own reasons; (6) regular exercise (more than 6,000 steps per day); (7) bad lifestyle habits, such as alcohol abuse, smoking; (8) having cardiovascular disease with a high risk classification. b. Exclusion Criteria: (1) Pre-menopausal, not falling into the above categories; (2) SBP and DBP values below the threshold of the normal range (SBP < 90 mm Hg, DBP < 60 mm Hg); (3) General health, disability or other medical conditions; (4) Poor diet, alcohol abuse, smoking, etc.; (5) No low-risk cardiovascular risk grading.
