18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)patients after liver transplantation;2)Histopathology confirmed Hepatocellular Carcinoma;3)Include at least one target lesion that can be accurately measured in size and enhanced area on dynamic contrast-enhanced CT or MRI;4)the patient's should be between the ages of 18-75 years of bone;5)BCLC stage B/C;6)ECOG-PS <2;7)Child-Pugh <7;8)the estimated survival time is more than 2 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Hematological indicators: WBC 2.3, or PT >6 seconds;3)Liver function indexes: ALB 51.3 umol/L; ALT and AST > 5 times the upper limit of normal;4)Renal function index: CRE > 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value;5)Severe hypertensive disease (BP>160/100 mmHg);6)Uncontrolled ascites, hepatic encephalopathy and bleeding from esophagogastric varices;7)Severe heart, brain, kidney disease;8)Pregnant and lactating women.
