Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-35 years old, gender is not limited; (2) Patients diagnosed with moderate (level II) or moderate to severe (level III) acne; (3) Skin lesions are mainly located on the face; (4) Voluntarily participate in this research and sign the written informed consent of the subjects; (5) Able to conduct follow-up visits according to the specified time and requirements; (6) Able to comply with the requirement of not accepting any treatment other than supramolecular salicylic acid during and within 2 weeks after treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) People with underlying diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperthyroidism, and autoimmune diseases; (2) Oral acne treatment drugs (antibiotics, contraceptives and glucocorticoids, etc.) within 1 month before treatment; (3) Those who took vitamin A acid orally within 6 months before treatment; (4) Topical anti-acne drugs (antibiotics, traditional Chinese medicine, retinoic acid, etc.) within 2 weeks before treatment; (5) Those who have used fruit acid, azelaic acid preparations and photoelectric therapy in the past 3 months; (6) The face is combined with other skin diseases such as squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, melanoma, etc.; (7) Those who are taking immunosuppressants for other diseases; (8) Patients diagnosed with acne-related syndromes such as seborrheic-acne-hirsutism-androgenetic alopecia syndrome, follicular atresia triad, and polycystic ovary syndrome; (9) Those who are known to be allergic to salicylic acid; (10) Women who are pregnant, breast-feeding or have plans to prepare for pregnancy in the near future; (11) Patients with scar constitution or a history of skin healing disorders; (12) Patients who cannot insist on completing 4 treatments or do not follow up according to the prescribed time; (13) Any kind of open tear or abrasion at the treatment site; (14) Patients with herpes simplex outbreaks in the treatment area; (15) Other clinicians judge that it is not suitable for supramolecular salicylic acid treatment according to the specific situation.
