18 Years to 79 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The cases of unilateral patellofemoral arthritis (KL grade III-IV) or patellofemoral cartilage injury (Outerbridge grade III-IV), for which conservative treatment has failed
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: age < 18y OR = 80y, inflammatory arthropathy, tibiofemoral arthritis, severe patellofemoral dysplasia, osteonecrosis or osteolysis of the patella, subchondral bone defect of the patella, joint infection, undergone knee surgery (except arthroscopic exploration), history of patellar fracture, knee ankylosis, extra-articular deformity, ligament injury of the knee joint, breakage of knee extension device, persons without civil capacity or with limited civil capacity.
