Taiji training group:Select 24 styles of Tai Chi, including: Take-off, Mustang Mane, knee bend step, backward roll humerus, hold the sparrow tail, single whip, cloud hand, single whip, Jade Shuttle, c
Health education group:Health education was provided once every four weeks for one hour for 24 weeks by Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine doctors from the Department of Rehabilitation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for PD; 2. The Hoehn-Yahr grading of Parkinson's disease was 1-3 grade; 3. Age 40-85 years; 4. At least one limb scored at least 2 or higher on the tremor, stiffness, postural stability, or bradykinesia component of the MDS-UPDRS III motor component of the Sinicization Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale; 5. Stable PD drug use; 6. The ability to stand independently and walk with or without an aid; 7. Not exercising regularly for the last three months (at least three times a week for at least 20 minutes at a time) ; 8. No contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging; 9. Subjects gave informed consent, volunteered, and were willing to be assigned to any intervention group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There was some degree of cognitive impairment (the mini-mental state scale score was less than 24) . 2. History of mental illness, severe aphasia, visual and hearing impairment, or severe organ failure, musculoskeletal system disease, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, and other contraindications to exercise therapy. 3. Is participating in other clinical trials that may affect the outcome of this study.
