Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Inclusion criteria: a. The patient is older than 18 years; b. HRCT images of the lungs. C. HRCT shows emphysema: ? Lobular central type: small hole shaped and small round low-density areas are scattered in the lung, with a diameter of 2 mm to 4 mm. They are located in the center of the pulmonary lobule. The pulmonary vessels are normal, and the lesions are mostly distributed in the pulmonary lobule area; ? Total lobular type: the low-density area distributed diffusely in both lungs is not closed, with irregular size and shape. Most of the lower lobes are dominated, and the pulmonary vascular texture in the diseased area becomes thinner and smaller; ? Parainterlobular septal emphysema: involving the end of the lobule, most of them are subpleural, umbilical vein, esophageal recess, left ventricle and near the anterior commissure line, showing subpleural pulmonary bullae, and most of the lung shows localized air sacs in the lung, losing the structure of pulmonary parenchyma, with regular walls, and no pulmonary vessels can be seen inside.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (2) Exclusion criteria: a. HRCT images show imaging changes that interfere with the evaluation and calculation of emphysema, such as lung cancer, interstitial lung disease, bronchiectasis, pleural effusion, pneumothorax, hydropneumothorax, mediastinal emphysema, pulmonary infection, etc; b. Unable to export the original HRCT data from the Display imaging system;
