Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? patients who planned to undergo gastroscopy under sedation; ? Age of 18-65 years old; ? Body mass index (BMI) 18.5-30 kg/m2; ? voluntary participation in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) history of severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney or metabolic diseases; (2) patients with neuromuscular disease or mental disease, abuse of narcotic analgesics or sedatives; ? receiving acupuncture and sedative, analgesic or antiemetic drugs 24 hours before gastroscopy; ? Skin defect, infection and lesion near the stimulation point; 5) inability to cooperate or communicate with the research team.
