Analgesia and sedation

Interventions

Daily wake-up group:Stop using sedative drugs for a short period of time every day, and re administer sedative treatment after the patient recovers to basic compliance reactions and neuromuscular move

Wake up group according to plan:If the improvement rate of the oxygenation index of the subject is = 10%, awakening will be carried out

If the subject fails to meet this indicator, they will be awakened every three days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: respiratory failure invasive mechanical ventilation Need deep sedation The patient or their legal representative has the willingness to participate in clinical research and signs an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Craniocerebral injury intracranial hypertension Status Epilepticus
